P90 6 Day Shred
Gord and I are starting the P90 6 Day Shred today!
I created a little calendar up for the two of us so that we can keep track of what meals we are having each day and throughout the days!
Today we are starting out with a Shakeology Smoothie. Since I will be at work I am going to just shake mine with Almond milk and eat my raspberries on the side rather then blend them in. I'm loving the workouts so far with this program too! They can be as difficult or as basic as you make them for your self and you can really go at your own pace. Gord and I have been working out for months and we both still get a great sweat from the workouts! Love it!
Plus Tony Horton is always funny.
I thought I would share our 6 Day Shred Calendar here for anyone else who might be doing P90 and want to do the Shred as well. It's a great way to kick off the program!
