It's SO easy not to workout when I'm camping. Heck it's so easy not to work out any day of the week.
But when your on vacation it's easy to over eat, over indulge and skip your workouts. So I'm making an action plan before we leave and bringing all my workout gear along with me.
This photo is from last summer when I worked out in our trailer and made the space work for me. But this year I am bringing my iPad and will be able to use Beachbody on Demand to do my workouts.
It's all about planning ahead and making an action plan.
Now I better get back to packing!
