2 cloves of garlic
1/2 large onion
2 big chicken breasts
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup tomato paste
1/2 cup soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Put it all in the crock pot on low for 4-5 hours. Shred chicken, add in sesame seeds and serve on top rice.
We accidentally left ours a few hours too long so it was pretty dark when we got home but it still tasted good and the house smelled amazing all day!
