Little Push 5 Day Challenge: Exercise Day 2



Welcome to Day 2 of our 5 Day Little Push Challenge

Today I wanted to share a short workout video clip by Shaun T the creator of Focus T25, Insanity and many other home fitness programs.

Go here to view Shaun's 5 Minute extra workout that he shared on his Facebook page.  These free mini workouts are a great way to fit in a little fitness into your day and he always tells you how many reps and how many repeats to do to get the full workout in!  So awesome!!

Today's 5 Minute Extra for Tuesday is all about Stretching.... but he says not to think it's too EASY!

Do each exercise for 1 minute for an extra 5 minute BURN (do it TWICE to enhance the stretch)

1. Lift arms hips forward
2. Reach to floor knees bent
3. Fingers down lengthen
4. Downward dog child's pose
5. Spider lunges slow
